IICG's services are geared towards serving the needs of institutional investors with respect to their fiduciary duty to protect the funds entrusted to them, but also aimed at promoting the norms of good Corporate Governance in Israel. The following services are envisioned.

Corporate Governance Rating (and Ranking) of the Publicly Traded Companies in Israel. The methodology is based on research and data gathering funded by the IICG. This rating will eventually encompass all the significant TASE-traded companies, but at first stage only those included in TA-100 index.

Assistance in setting up Corporate Governance policy. IICG will help institutions to devise the investment policy that will take into account the CG of the firms.

Certification of Institutional Investors. The certification will indicate that an institutional investor actively implements Corporate Governance awareness in its investment and voting decisions.

Directors training in the Corporate Governance issues.

Promoting Corporate Governance research in Israel.
